The Divine Dog
Board & Train
Where Your Dog Is Truly Cared For
Choosing a Board and Train program is a meaningful decision. You are not simply choosing a training service, you are choosing the environment your dog will live in, the energy they will be surrounded by, and the people who will guide them.
At The Divine Dog, every dog is welcomed into the private home of one of our head trainers. We do not operate out of warehouses, storefronts, or high-volume facilities.
This distinction matters.
Your dog is not placed in a kennel environment. They are thoughtfully integrated into a calm, structured household where learning happens naturally throughout the day.
We intentionally limit enrollment to one to three dogs at a time to ensure safety, balance, and individualized attention.
Each dog is carefully evaluated and matched based on energy, temperament, size, and training goals. Not every dog is admitted. Placement must be the right fit for the home and for the dogs already in care.
This is not an upgrade.
It is our standard.
Two Thoughtfully Designed Training Paths
We offer two distinct Board and Train formats, each designed to support different needs while maintaining the same level of care, structure, and intention.
Business Hours Board and Train
Structured daytime immersion with your dog returning home each evening.
This format provides consistent daily training while allowing your dog to remain at home overnight and on weekends. It is ideal for foundational work, developing impulse control, and creating routine without full separation.
Each day includes structured training sessions, guided rest, enrichment, and supervised integration into a balanced household environment.
Overnight Board and Train
Full immersion within the trainer’s home for the duration of the program.
This option allows for deeper transformation through complete consistency. Your dog is guided through morning and evening routines, receives continuous supervision, and benefits from accelerated habit formation within a structured living environment.
This format is especially effective when behaviors require a full reset, stronger structure, or more consistent repetition.
Across both programs, your dog receives:
Calm, structured daily routines
Positive reinforcement and humane teaching methods
Clear, consistent guidance
Careful placement within a balanced home environment
We prioritize quality over volume, always.
The Transformation You Bring Home
When a dog is immersed in the right environment, change becomes clear, consistent, and lasting.

MORE THAN OBEDIENCE
Private Training Client
What stood out most was the calm presence during sessions. There was no pressure and no judgment, just clear guidance. We weren’t just shown what to do, we were taught why it mattered. That understanding changed how we interact with our dog every day. The results have been steady and lasting.

A PEACEFUL START
Puppy Training Client
We started puppy training feeling completely overwhelmed. Potty accidents, biting, zoomies late at night — we were questioning whether we were doing anything right. What helped most was not just teaching commands, but learning how to create calm routines and clear structure. Once we adjusted sleep, feeding, and consistency, everything improved. Our puppy now settles in the evenings and responds reliably to basic cues. Our home feels peaceful again.

FROM OVERWHELMED TO CALM
Basic Obedience Client
We reached out when our 8 month old Goldendoodle was pulling so hard on walks that it stopped being enjoyable to take him out. He was also jumping on every guest who walked through the door. Within a few sessions, we understood how our energy and structure were contributing to the chaos. The leash work alone changed everything. Walks are calm now, and guests can come inside without being tackled. The shift felt gradual but solid, and it has lasted.

REACTIVITY AND RESTORED CONFIDENCE
Behavior Modification Client
“Our dog developed reactivity toward other dogs after a negative experience at a park. We were crossing streets and avoiding certain times of day just to prevent outbursts. The behavior modification plan was structured and realistic. We learned how to recognize early stress signals instead of waiting for a reaction. After several weeks of consistent work, the reactions decreased significantly. We still stay aware, but we feel back in control and our dog seems far more confident.
